What does it taste like?
Subtle citrus with a botanical twist. It is lightly sweetened with monk fruit, making it sugar free (so it won’t interfere with your sleep).
How soon can I expect to feel results?
We believe in bio-individuality and no two people will respond the same way to taking a supplement. Many customers experience improvements in sleep quality on the first night, but for others it might take up to a week to see measurable results.
How much time do I need to set aside for sleep?
We know life can get busy and a full night’s sleep isn’t always possible. The Sleep Supplement is free of harmful sedatives and hormones that knock you out and cause morning grogginess, so there is no need to set aside a certain amount of time for sleep. Rest assured that no matter when you take it, The Sleep Supplement will help you feel more refreshed and energized the next morning!
Is this safe to use while I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Absolutely not! While we are sure you will love your nightly Rhytm so much you will never want to give it up, The Sleep Supplement is free of hormones like Melatonin that can cause dependency when used every day.
Is it vegan?
The Sleep Supplement does not contain any animal products.
Is it gluten free?
All ingredients in The Sleep Supplement are free of gluten, but the product is not manufactured in a gluten free environment.
Is The Sleep Supplement clinically tested?
The ingredients in The Sleep Supplement have all been clinically studied to improve sleep when taken at the therapeutic dosages provided by our formula. Is it NSF Certified for Sport?
Safety, efficacy and transparency are among our highest priorities at Rhytm Sleep. While The Sleep Supplement is not currently NSF Certified for Sport, our products are manufactured in an NSF and GMP-certified facility using premium ingredients. We have direct relationships with our suppliers and have intentionally sourced ingredients that we know are the best on the market. What does this mean? This means we hold ourselves and our partners to the highest production standards possible.
Are your products tested for potency and purity?
Rhytm Sleep products are tested twice to ensure they meet potency and purity standards. All raw materials go through identity and microbiology testing prior to production. Finished products are also tested to ensure each jar contains accurate dosing and is free of microbiological contaminants.

How long will it take for my Rhytm Sleep to Arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and take between 3 and 7 business days to arrive once shipped.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer Returns or Exchanges on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse.
